Julie Hendry is the owner and director of Cow Consulting.  Julie is an Agile and Scrum Coach from the UK and has over 15 years of varied IT experience across many roles and continents.  Julie generally collaborates on corporate engagements with a large and varied network of Agile and Scrum peers, although she can also be hired for ad-hoc work like helping groom a product backlog or simply to improve your Scrum practices.

Julie is a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Practitioner and enjoys being active in the Agile community via groups, blogs and events. Her focus is on Scrum practices and Agile principles, with special interests in Agile planning and estimation, distributed teams and delivering value to your business. She combines her interests in coaching, psychology, anthropologies and neuroscience with her experience in Agile and Scrum  to provide a holistic approach to training and coaching teams and individuals.
